The Role

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of delivering high-profile projects across the UK and Europe. This is a role with real independence, client responsibility, and exposure to the full project lifecycle.

You’ll typically manage 1 to 3 projects at a time, working directly with household name clients and leading delivery from start to finish. The role is London-based (around 4 days per week in the office or on site), with opportunities for occasional European travel.

This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager who is ready to take the step up to Senior Project Manager within the next year or so. We are specifically searching for someone form mid-to-top of the PM band, who we can bring into our team and promote within 12 to 18 months.

The Role

  • Lead the delivery of 1–3 live projects at once
  • Manage projects across the full lifecycle, from inception to handover
  • Take ownership of client accounts and build trusted relationships
  • Deliver programmes, procurement, reporting, risk management, and coordination
  • Confidently engage with cost information (without being a QS)
  • Work with leading retail and hospitality brands on fast-paced, high-quality projects
  • Overall, apply solid Project Management experience to interesting programmes

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years’ experience in Project Management
  • Currently a PM and ready to progress to SPM level within 12–18 months
  • Confident delivering projects independently in the UK market
  • Strong grasp of core PM principles and project delivery basics
  • Comfortable discussing commercial aspects and project costs
  • Retail or hospitality sector experience
  • Italian fluency is excellent but not mandatory
  • Outgoing, sociable and collaborative personality
  • Ambitious, curious, and keen to learn and grow with the company
