You must have had full decision-making responsibility and be able to decide on what and how to construct certain elements. We need hands-on direction and leadership skills and experience as a Senior Contracts Manager / Construction Director. Experience in warehouse 'shed' construction is a must!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and market expansion
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and collaborations
• Lead and participate in business development activities, such as networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings
• Demonstrate the ability to take ownership of varied in-house projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices

We’re looking for:

• An experienced Head of Construction / Construction Director with warehouse 'shed' construction experience
• Excellent hands-on direction and leadership skills
• Ideally MRICS/MCIOB qualified
• Must be flexible in hours of work and travel
• Candidate to be able to demonstrate strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Office, project management tools).
