A local authority is seeking an experienced S106 Officer to develop and manage an effective S106 payment monitoring system. This role involves analyzing data, coordinating funding proposals, and maintaining accurate financial records. Candidates should have hands-on experience in Planning work, ideally within a Local Planning Authority, and hold a post-graduate degree in planning or related field. The pay rate ranges from £45 to £60 per hour based on experience.
Carrington West are assisting their local authority client based in the North of England in the search for an experienced S106 Officer to join their town planning department on an initial 6 month contract, Office presence required.
To apply for this role, it is essential that you have in-depth experience of Planning work in a Local Planning Authority or equivalent experience of monitoring processes particularly in relation to developments or legal agreements.
It would be beneficial to hold a Post-graduate degree in planning, regeneration or a related discipline, and have the eligibility for membership of RTPI.
Carrington West Pay Rate - £45 to £60 per hour (Depending on experience).
