If you're looking to make a real impact in a role that blends administration, customer management, and technical support, this is the opportunity for you.

You will ensure regulatory compliance throughout the Connections Quotes process, maintain comprehensive project records via SAP and other IT systems, and produce insightful performance reports for both team and company use. Your expertise will extend to sourcing utility plans, issuing quotations, managing the delivery and disconnection processes, and validating contractor claims. In addition, you’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining meter point administration numbers, coordinating supplier requests, managing energisation status changes, and providing collaborative support for specialist metering activities‑always ensuring the highest level of service for a diverse range of customers, from first‑time applicants to major developers.

We welcome applicants with a passion for customer service, strong IT skills, and an appreciation of health, safety, and regulatory frameworks relevant to the electricity industry. Experience with the Connections business or technical awareness would be advantageous, but most important is a positive, solution‑focused approach and the ability to work closely with a variety of partners.
