Job description

At 32Co, our mission is bold: empower generalist clinicians to deliver specialist-level care to millions of people through our cutting‑edge platform. Imagine being able to walk into your local clinic and receive the same quality of care you’d expect on Harley Street. That’s the future we’re building - starting with two multi‑billion‑dollar markets. To make this possible, we’re harnessing the latest advances in AI to power our platform, streamline specialist knowledge, and deliver it at scale.

Backed from day one by Balderton Capital (the investors behind Revolut, Citymapper, and Depop), we’ve already proven our model, gained strong traction, and are scaling rapidly across the UK and beyond. And we’re just getting started - our ambition is to expand into multiple healthcare verticals, bringing innovation and accessibility to every corner of medicine.

The Role

This is a hands‑on role for a motivated, organised, and people‑oriented individual with a passion for education and a desire to make a real impact in healthcare. You will be responsible for running 32Co’s flagship education programmes, ensuring that dentists complete their training, submit and order their first aligner case, and feel confident building their business. By turning education into real outcomes, you’ll help create confident clinicians, happier patients, and stronger partnerships.

In this role, you will deliver our award‑winning educational courses, develop dentists’ fundamental sales skills, and coach them through to their first order with us. We are redefining what education looks like in healthcare - blending online learning, live sessions, and AI‑driven support. You will also work cross‑functionally with key stakeholders across multiple departments, thinking creatively to activate clinicians effectively, build new content, and execute programmes with impact.

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Managing all live learner cohorts for our flagship courses.
  • Tracking learner progress and engagement across courses.
  • Managing dentists to ensure course completion, first case submission and first order.
  • Maintaining our industry‑leading completion rates and satisfaction scores, course quality and learner experience.
  • Reporting learner metrics - completions, submissions, orders - to other key stakeholders in the business.
  • Collaborating with the Commercial Team to ensure the smooth handover of dentists who have reached their first order with you.
Three reasons to love this role:
  1. You’ll be part of a team that is revolutionising how healthcare professionals are learning.
  2. You’ll be given responsibility from the get‑go, and the opportunity for outsized personal and career development.
  3. You’ll get to know an industry inside‑out, and be part of a company that’s changing it for the better.
You’ll thrive if you…
  • Are excited by the 32Co mission.
  • Are able to turn your hand to multiple challenges, are meticulously organised, and willing to learn.
  • Are people‑oriented - we always put our clinicians first.
  • Are excited to work in‑person in our office in London 3 days a week.
If you’ve read this far and thought “that sounds like me”, here’s what we’re ideally looking for:
  • Experience in education, training or coaching - ideally within dentistry, healthcare, or another professional learning environment.
  • Excellent communicator and relationship‑builder - confident with engaging with customers, keeping learners motivated, and following up with precision.
  • Project management experience - skilled at planning, coordinating, and running training programmes end‑to‑end, ensuring that learners stay on track.
  • Commercially and data‑aware - comfortable tracking learner progress, measuring outcomes, and understanding how education drives growth.
  • Bonus: Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) or similar digital education platform.
Why join 32Co:
  • See your work translate into real‑world impact - you’ll have the chance to help change lives every day and meet the people whose care you’re improving.
  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Build the Future of HealthTech; we’re tackling a multi‑billion dollar challenge. Founded by an ex‑Oxford doctor and former BCG consultant, with a proven track record of creating the world’s leading Haemophilia management app.
  • Join a company seed‑funded by top VCs with a multicultural, ambitious, high calibre team.
  • Birthday day off - because no one should work on their birthday!
  • Team perks, including regular team lunches, quarterly socials and an annual retreat.
