The job holder is expected to undertake tasks assigned by the Digital End User Systems Manager and actively identify other tasks that need to be undertaken, ensuring these are either prioritised and actioned or logged in the team's task lists and/or service desk system.
To provide 2nd/3rd line support, in collaboration with other members of the Digital Services team, for the Trust's ICT Infrastructure to ensure the integrity, availability, security, and efficient use of all systems and applications. The role primarily focuses on the end-user environment but covers the entire range of Digital infrastructure.
The post holder should have good knowledge across a wide range of ICT infrastructure, particularly end-user devices, Windows desktops, and tablets.
