Senior IT Engineer - MSP - Maidenhead - GBP35K-GBP40K DOE

Due to recent promotions and growth, a well-established IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) based in Maidenhead is looking to expand its technical team by hiring several Senior IT Engineers.

Key Skills required:

• Experience in an MSP support desk or a field/customer-facing role
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016/2019, Windows 10/11 OS
• O365 tenant setup and administration
• SharePoint administration
• Hyper-V
• Active Directory/Azure AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
• Networking knowledge – routers, switches
• Experience with firewalls (e.g., Draytek, Meraki)
• Full UK Drivers license – essential

Desirable skills include Microsoft certifications, PowerShell scripting, and network security technologies.

In this role, you will help develop the technical skills of the support team and provide excellent customer service. The role may involve escalation support and occasional site visits.
