Job summary
A healthcare services organisation in the UK is seeking an experienced Interim Project Manager to support business continuity and process improvement during operational change. This hands-on role involves managing projects with clinical, commercial, and technology teams to minimize disruption. Ideal candidates should have a proven project management background, preferably in healthcare or regulated environments, with a focus on structured outcomes and efficiency. The position is for 3-6 months and starts in January 2026, outside IR35.
Qualifications
- Proven Project Manager with strong hands on delivery experience.
- Experience in healthcare or regulated service environments preferred.
- Structured, pragmatic and outcomes focused.
Responsibilities
- Own day to day project management across assigned initiatives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans with milestones.
- Manage risks, issues and change control, escalating as needed.
- Support process redesign and implementation with operational leads.
