A commercially oriented city law firm is seeking an Interim Proposal Manager to join their London office. This role will mainly manage and deliver large, panel-style, and cross-group pitches. It involves working with existing clients and pitching to new prospects. The position reports to the permanent Proposals Manager.

Responsibilities:

1. Help partners define and implement proposal strategies.
2. Manage projects by developing plans, sourcing content, writing and editing documents, and ensuring timely completion of activities.
3. Maintain pitch management pages on the firm’s Intranet and upload all proposal submissions.
4. Provide regular reports on pipeline and post-decision feedback.
5. Assist in writing and updating content in the central library.

Candidate Requirements:

• Management skills, preferably gained within professional services.
• Excellent IT skills, especially in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in managing projects and advising on major panel tenders.
