Responsibilities

• Ensure correct processing of variable hours, shift patterns, and overtime.
• Calculate and process statutory payments in accordance with legislation.
• Ensure payroll is fully compliant with HMRC requirements and employment law.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and reporting accuracy.
