Our national payroll team supports our clients in managing their payroll functions and ensuring compliance with UK payroll and pension legislation. Our successful team of over 70 professionals is expanding across all areas and is looking for more team members.

• You will be primarily responsible for processing client payrolls assigned to you, providing a first-class payroll bureau service to clients.
• This includes handling the entire payroll process, including auto-enrolment, from start to finish.
• You will use payroll software efficiently, including import/export functions and report writing (full training provided).
• You will apply your knowledge of UK payroll and pension legislation to ensure your clients remain fully compliant.
• You will develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external contacts at all levels, acting as a trusted advisor for your clients.
• You can be based in Birmingham, Glasgow, Milton Keynes, or Manchester and are expected to attend the office 2 days per week on days of your choosing.

• Experience in a similar payroll role (experience in an outsourced payroll environment is desirable).
• Good IT skills, including confident use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Good numeracy skills (a basic payroll test will be conducted at interview).
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• A self-starter who can organise and prioritise workload, is confident in seeking support when needed, and has a highly responsive attitude.
