The Social Work Team is part of a comprehensive multi-disciplinary assessment service that includes Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Occupational Therapy Assistants, and Surveyors, collaborating with local health trust colleagues to meet the holistic needs of our service users.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to assess and meet the needs of service users.
