• A Senior Recruitment Consultant will build and manage a portfolio of clients within the education sector, including primary, secondary and SEN schools
• Develop new business by identifying and targeting potential clients
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, offering personalised solutions to their staffing needs
• Source, interview, and place qualified education professionals, ensuring a great match between candidates and clients
