• Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Solid negotiation and offer management skills, with a commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering market insight and talent strategy advice.
• Identify and win new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Source and engage high‑quality candidates using various platforms.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for clients and candidates.
