About the Role

Hunter Selection is one of the UK’s leading recruitment consultancies, specialising in the supply of professionals to the Engineering, Technical and Manufacturing sectors. Key Responsibilities
  • Use sales, business development, marketing and networking techniques to attract business from client companies.
  • Visit clients to build and develop relationships.
  • Attract candidates by advertising vacancies in a range of media and use candidate databases to source the best candidate.
  • Meet deadlines and targets, work in a busy, high‑pressed environment.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience within a sales, marketing or customer‑orientated role, or graduate seeking first role.
  • Confident personality, goal‑orientated approach, ability to meet deadlines and targets.
