A leading facilities management company is seeking an Engineering Lead to oversee Hard FM services at the University of Greenwich. This role involves leading a dynamic team to ensure optimal operation of mechanical and electrical systems, promoting safety and compliance, and enhancing the learning environment. You will be the cornerstone of our Hard FM services, ensuring all mechanical and electrical services are not only operational but optimised to enhance student and staff experiences across all campus facilities, including residences and academic estates. Your leadership will drive our team to excel through proactive management, adherence to stringent compliance standards, and a commitment to continuous improvement and sustainability. An additional £1,200 per annum will be paid to the postholder in recognition of the responsibilities associated with the Appointed Person role.
