A municipal authority is seeking an experienced leader to manage their Disrepair & Litigation Team. We are looking for an experienced and confident leader to manage Birmingham City Council's Disrepair & Litigation Team. You will be responsible for preventing and responding to legal disrepair action, ensuring compliance with legislation and supporting colleagues and partners to protect the Council's position and residents' wellbeing. This role combines technical housing knowledge, contract and repairs understanding, and legal process expertise – making it a key function in reducing risk, improving service delivery and ensuring positive outcomes for tenants.
