Job description

We're seeking a proactive and hands-on Learning & Development Partner to deliver high-quality learning experiences across our automotive division. Working closely with regional stakeholders and the Head of Talent Management, you'll manage external learning providers, support leadership and management development programmes, and help drive apprenticeship, early careers, and high-potential initiatives. This role is central to ensuring learning is well-organised, impactful, and aligned with business priorities. As Learning & Development Partner, you'll coordinate and deliver programmes that enhance capability, support career growth, and foster a culture of continuous learning. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business to embed learning into everyday practice. Success in this role requires excellent organisation, stakeholder management, and communication skills, alongside the ability to deliver high-quality learning experiences. Your Journey as a Learning & Development partner:

Responsibilities
  • Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to understand regional and divisional development priorities
  • Manage relationships with external learning providers, ensuring quality, value, and alignment with business needs
  • Support the design, delivery, and coordination of regional leadership and management development programmes
  • Assist in the implementation and tracking of apprenticeship and early careers initiatives
  • Support high-potential and emerging talent programmes, ensuring smooth delivery and a consistent learner experience
  • Coordinate programme logistics, including scheduling, communications, materials, feedback collection, and evaluation
  • Monitor learning outcomes and feedback to drive continuous improvement and measure return on investment
  • Collaborate with Talent and HR teams to promote a culture of learning and development
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Learning & Development, ideally as a Partner or Consultant
  • Strong experience managing external learning providers and coordinating large-scale programmes
  • Practical experience in the scope, design, and delivery of leadership and management development programmes
  • Experience supporting apprenticeships, early careers, or high-potential programmes
  • Excellent stakeholder management, organisational, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Confident using digital learning platforms and reporting tools
  • A creative approach to learning, including experiential and blended methods
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Experience in the automotive sector is highly desirable

Compensation & Benefits
