A major automotive retailer in the UK is seeking a proactive Learning & Development Partner to enhance capability through high-quality learning experiences. This role focuses on managing stakeholders, coordinating with external providers, and supporting leadership programmes, ensuring alignment with business goals. A competitive salary of up to £55,000 plus benefits is offered.
We're seeking a proactive and hands-on Learning & Development Partner to deliver high-quality learning experiences across our automotive division. Working closely with regional stakeholders and the Head of Talent Management, you'll manage external learning providers, support leadership and management development programmes, and help drive apprenticeship, early careers, and high-potential initiatives. This role is central to ensuring learning is well-organised, impactful, and aligned with business priorities. As Learning & Development Partner, you'll coordinate and deliver programmes that enhance capability, support career growth, and foster a culture of continuous learning. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business to embed learning into everyday practice. Success in this role requires excellent organisation, stakeholder management, and communication skills, alongside the ability to deliver high-quality learning experiences. Basic salary up to £55,000 with company car and bonus, single PMI, pension, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), family PMI, exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services.
