Strategic People Partner - HR & Culture Lead
Job summary
A public safety organization in West Yorkshire seeks an experienced People Partner to support leaders through expert advice on HR strategies. The role demands building strong relationships, embedding a people partnering model, and leading strategic initiatives. Ideal candidates will have a Level 7 CIPD qualification and extensive knowledge of HR practices. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from £48,459 to £52,194 per annum, with opportunities for job sharing, and contributions to improving workforce diversity.
Qualifications
- Chartered membership of the CIPD or willingness to achieve it.
- Experience in a large, complex organisation.
- In-depth knowledge of HR strategies and employment law.
- Ability to apply people strategies for improvement.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Embed a people partnering model for leaders.
- Build relationships to contribute to strategic direction.
- Identify service improvement opportunities.
- Support local People, DEI, and staff survey plans.
