Interested in joining us? We are hiring at our well-established, award-winning Derby branch as a Senior Recruitment Consultant (Executive or Principal) to manage a key client account and grow a desk supplying temporary industrial staff.

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll be supported by advanced technology systems. We embrace hybrid working, offering flexibility to work from home after onboarding and performance milestones. We also prioritize wellbeing, with a dedicated Out of Hours service to support our operational teams.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Identifying client leads and making outbound sales calls
• Managing a key existing client account
• Developing new business and client relationships
• Achieving sales targets
• Visiting clients for meetings (a driver with access to a car is preferred)
• Sourcing and recruiting staff for temporary bookings
• Negotiating and offering solutions
• Working from the Derby branch with the team twice a week and remotely otherwise
