An international recruitment consultancy is looking for a German or French Speaking Recruitment Consultant based in Central London. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle specifically for the energy sector across Germany and Switzerland. Candidates should have previous recruitment experience and be fluent in the required languages. This position offers a base salary of £30,000 – £45,000 with uncapped commission potential, allowing for earnings up to £100,000 OTE.

The Role

We are hiring French or German speaking Recruitment Consultants to manage full 360° recruitment across Europe, primarily Germany and Switzerland, focusing on the Energy and related sectors. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle
  • Sourcing and selecting candidates via LinkedIn, CRM, social media, and job boards
  • Building and maintaining client relationships in the DACH region
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
  • Screening candidates and coordinating interviewsPosting job adverts and managing your professional presence on LinkedIn
Candidate Profile
  • Fluent in German or French (plus English)
  • Previous 360 recruitment experience (any sector)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ambitious, competitive, and success-driven
  • Knowledge or strong interest in European/DACH business culture
Salary & Benefits
  • Base: £30,000 – £45,000 (negotiable)
  • Uncapped commission – OTE £50,000 – £100,000
