What You’ll Do
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Marketing, Tech, and operational roles
  • Attract top talent globally, with a special focus on the USA and Eastern Europe
  • Oversee and mentor one in-house recruiter
  • Partner closely with department heads to build a hiring engine aligned with real business goals
  • Hunt top specialists, build pipelines, own outreach, and find talent others miss
  • Drive a world-class candidate experience and a high-performance hiring culture

  • High speed, ownership, and strategic thinking
