Job Title: 180 Recruitment Resourcer
Company: Auxo Talent
Contract Type: Fixed Term, 6 Months (with potential to extend or become permanent)
Location: Hybrid, London (1-2 days per week in the office)
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Auxo Talent is a global recruitment consultancy with a turnover exceeding £100 million. We specialise in STEM recruitment, focusing on engineering, technology, industry 2.0, and construction and provide both contract and permanent staffing solutions to clients around the world.

We are currently building a brand-new RPO resourcing team and are looking for an experienced 180 Recruitment Resourcer to join us on an initial 6-month fixed term contract. This role will support an established RPO project team, with strong potential for future opportunities as the team continues to grow.

The Recruitment Resourcer Role:

As a 180 Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a critical role in delivering high-volume, high-quality talent into fast-paced international projects. You will be responsible for speed-to-market hiring, building robust talent pipelines, and delivering against demanding client requirements across cutting-edge technology sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

• High‑volume sourcing and delivery across multiple roles
• Proactive talent pooling and pipelining strategies
• End‑to‑end candidate management through the resourcing lifecycle
• Detailed candidate and market mapping
• Supporting RPO delivery with pace, accuracy, and consistency
• Working closely with stakeholders across international markets

Essential Experience:

• Proven experience resourcing within IT/Tech, AI, or Robotics
• Strong international recruitment exposure, ideally across the US and Middle East
• Demonstrated success in volume recruitment
• Outstanding speed-to-market delivery capability
• Experience in talent pooling, pipelining, and market mapping
• A highly organised, resilient, and delivery-focused mindset

Working Model:

This is a hybrid role, with 1‑2 days per week based in London, and the remainder working remotely.
