Qualifications

• Fluent in German or French (plus English).
• Previous 360 recruitment experience (any sector).
• Knowledge or strong interest in European/DACH business culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle.
• Source and select candidates via LinkedIn, CRM, social media, and job boards.
• Build and maintain client relationships in the DACH region.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
