We are seeking a special individual to develop this sector of the business through a results-based work model, not KPI-driven.

We offer: a basic salary up to £35,000, with a realistic OTE of £65,000-£75,000, plus discretionary bonuses and promotional opportunities as the business grows. The role includes a split workweek from home.
