You will get the opportunity to work with list of key clients working across the Construction, Engineering and Property sectors supplying staff on a contract or permanent basis. You will be able to specialise in a specific sector and not be a generalist recruiter.

Duties and Responsibilities of a recruitment consultant
  • Resourcing and regenerating – via the database, job boards, networking, referrals, headhunting and social media.
  • Provide expert, specialist advice to candidates
  • Identifying and developing client / business relationships
  • Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
  • Visiting clients to build and develop positive relationships with them
Desired Skills of a recruitment consultant
  • Previous recruitment experience preferably in the Construction, Engineering or Property sectors
  • A proven track record in recruitment
  • Previous sales or business development experience
  • Account and client management experience
