Qualifications

  • 4+ years of technical recruitment experience is required.
  • Ideally have 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are needed.

Responsibilities

  • Work with one client at a time to embed in their culture.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to demonstrate recruitment value.
  • Host hiring events and manage recruitment projects end-to-end.
  • Maintain an excellent candidate experience through the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with technical sourcers to ensure a diverse talent pipeline.
