A leading financial institution in the UK is seeking an HR advisor to support line managers with employee relations, coaching, and HR processes. Ideal candidates will have a focus on UK employment law and a background in fast-paced environments, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. You will work as a trusted advisor with line managers across the business providing support, advice, coaching and guidance on all employee relations matters and our policies and procedures to ensure a fair and consistent approach for all. You will proactively coach line managers to build a self-service culture whilst continually reviewing and recommending process improvements enable a seamless experience for all our colleagues.
