The rate is £18.85ph PAYE

The successful candidate will provide a full range of HR operations across the employee lifecycle ensuring that HR operations activity is compliant with policy and latest employment legislation.
They will work with HR Service Desk colleagues in providing a high quality Workforce & HR Front Door service focused on providing an appropriate balance between encouraging self-service but providing support when it is needed and will act as a generalist HR officer, providing advice (excluding casework) and operations support to managers and employees, on employee lifecycle matters (sickness absence, ill health retirement, phased return to work, adjustments, capability (performance and attendance), discipline and grievance).
