A high-profile professional sports club is seeking an HR Manager. This role involves leading the HR function, managing recruitment, talent development, and driving diversity initiatives. Ideal candidates have HR experience in dynamic environments. The position offers a hybrid work model in the East Midlands.
HR Manager
£40,000 – £50,000 DOE – Hybrid (flexibility required) – Leicstershire/Nottinghamshire/Cambridgeshire
Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a role where you can truly make an impact? This is a fantastic standalone opportunity to lead the HR function within a high-profile professional sports club.
I am looking for an HR Manager who can bring energy, expertise, and a people-first approach to drive forward recruitment, talent development, and EDI strategy. This is a broad and exciting hands-on role, working closely with leaders and staff across the organisation, supporting them to deliver at the highest level. A background in sport, retail, hospitality or similarly, fast passed, high profile, dynamic environments would be advantageous to understand the stakeholders and culture.
This is a unique chance to shape the HR function within an ambitious and growing sporting business, working in an environment where performance, culture, and development are central. You’ll have the scope to drive initiatives that leave a lasting impact, while also supporting the personal and professional growth of staff at every level.
If you’re motivated by making a difference and excited about being part of a high-performing team, we’d love to hear from you.
