Location: The Mumbles, Swansea
Salary: In the region of 25,000 + Commission | OTE Year 1: £40,000

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office
• Confident, articulate communicator- especially on the phone (this is a phone-based role)
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Positive, hardworking attitude with a willingness to learn
• Degree-level education or sales experience (preferred but not essential)
• Screening and shortlisting candidates
• Writing job adverts to attract top talent
• Supporting fee negotiations (with training)
• Assisting candidates through every step of the recruitment process
• Daily communication with clients to build strong relationships
• Working towards individual and team targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
