A leading HR consultancy in Peterborough is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide support and guidance on employee relations and engagement. In this role, you will advise managers on disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and performance management while ensuring effective case management. The ideal candidate has significant experience in HR advisory roles and possesses strong analytical skills. This position offers a competitive salary and a hybrid work environment.
We are seeking a HR Advisor who is experienced in supporting with all things Employee Relations and Employee Engagement related, providing comprehensive advice and support across the varied departments. You will be responsible for advising, guiding and coaching line managers and effective case management of people related issues, such as: disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, flexible working, redundancies and restructures, TUPE processes, health & wellbeing, absence management, occupational health referrals, mediation referrals.
Based: Peterborough
Office Hours: 9.00 am to 5.30 pm - 4 days office - 1 day WFH
