What You'll Be Doing

You’ll provide HR support to a broad range of SME clients across the UK, acting as a trusted first point of contact for all things HR. Every day brings something different, and you'll have the autonomy to manage your own caseload confidently.

  • Offering practical, solutions-focused HR advice to a busy portfolio of clients.
  • Managing a wide range of ER matters including disciplinaries, grievances, performance, sickness, and more.
  • Handling overlapping processes with ease - from supporting a restructure to running a grievance.
  • Drafting and reviewing key HR documentation such as policies, contracts, and handbooks.
  • Guiding clients compassionately through sensitive change processes.

You’ll ideally bring
  • Experience working within an HR environment (essential)
  • CIPD Level 5 or working towards (ideal)
  • Excellent communication skills and total confidentiality
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in healthcare, security or manufacturing (advantageous but not essential)
