A leading educational institution in Brighton is recruiting for a Human Resources Advisor. This role requires a dedicated professional with experience in managing employee relations and a focus on providing credible HR advice. The ideal candidate will hold a CIPD level 5 qualification or be willing to work towards it. £31,279 - £38,485 per annum
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Are you passionate about providing a credible and customer focused HR advisory service? Chichester College Group is recruiting for a diligent and knowledgeable HR Advisor to join their friendly Human Resources team based at the Group’s Brighton campus in the heart of the city.
As our HR Advisor, you will have experience of managing a varied and complex employee relations caseload and will quickly build effective working relationships with staff at all levels. You will provide credible, confidential and customer focused employee relations advice and guidance to staff and managers.
In addition to employee relations cases, you will also be responsible for developing and implementing Human Resources policies and procedures, in line with legislation and best practice. You will work closely with other HR Advisors in your team, as well as the HR Manager and wider HR department.
Our HR Advisor will be CIPD level 5 qualified, or have a willingness to work towards this qualification. You will be able to demonstrate your experience in dealing with a wide range of staffing issues and have a proactive and a solutions focused approach to progressing employee relations matters, as well as a high level of attention to detail.
