Why Join This Business?

If you're searching for a workplace that actually practices the values it promotes, this is it.

This established and award-winning HR consultancy has built a reputation for exceptional service — and just as importantly, exceptional care for its people. Staff retention is incredibly strong, and that's down to one thing: the culture.

Here, you are treated as an individual. Your voice is heard. Your development matters. And you're surrounded by Directors who lead from the front, nurture their team, and create an environment that feels more like a supportive family than a corporate machine.

As the organisation continues to grow, they are ready to welcome a new HR Advisor who wants to thrive, contribute, and be part of something genuinely special.

If you're looking for flexibility, autonomy, variety and the chance to make a real impact — this could be your perfect next move.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll provide HR support to a broad range of SME clients across the UK, acting as a trusted first point of contact for all things HR. Every day brings something different, and you’ll have the autonomy to manage your own caseload confidently.

Your Responsibilities
  • Offering practical, solutions‑focused HR advice to a busy portfolio of clients.
  • Managing a wide range of ER matters including disciplinaries, grievances, performance, sickness, and more.
  • Handling overlapping processes with ease — from supporting a restructure to running a grievance.
  • Drafting and reviewing key HR documentation such as policies, contracts, and handbooks.
  • Guiding clients compassionately through sensitive change processes.
  • Building strong, trusted relationships through calm, clear communication.
  • Staying organised in a remote‑working environment with minimal micromanagement.
  • Contributing to a friendly, collaborative team who genuinely support one another.
What Makes You a Great Fit?

You’re someone who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. You’re values‑driven, reliable, and motivated by doing things the right way. Quality matters to you — and so does continuous improvement.

Qualifications
  • Experience working within an HR environment (essential)
  • CIPD Level 5 or working towards it (ideal)
  • Excellent communication skills and total confidentiality
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in healthcare, security or manufacturing (advantageous but not essential)
