• Experience in a Recruitment and HR Advisor role within manufacturing/FMCG.
• Good understanding of Employment Law and employee lifecycle.
• Experience of volume recruitment and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full range of HR Activities within the employee lifecycle.
• Create engaging job adverts and source candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening and organize interviews.
