Role Focus: Roles include:

• Transaction-level roles for early-career finance professionals
• Part-qualified accounting positions
• Senior-qualified roles for experienced finance specialists
• Commercial finance positions across various sectors

Role Responsibilities:

• Build and develop a network of high-caliber finance and accounting professionals
• Conduct candidate sourcing and screening for finance positions
• Maintain relationships with key clients in finance and commercial sectors
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments
• Prepare candidate shortlists and support client interviews
• Achieve and exceed sales and placement targets
• Maintain recruitment databases and client records

Requirements:

• Proven recruitment experience, preferably in finance and accounting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in recruitment technologies and CRM systems
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
