Your Focus Areas

You’ll specialise in recruiting legal professionals for US and UK law firms across three key practice areas.

Investment Funds
  • Private equity

  • Hedge funds

  • Credit / debt funds
Corporate & Commercial
  • Start-ups through to large corporations
  • Corporate transactions and advisory work
Finance
  • Banking and finance
  • Lender and borrower-side representation
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
  • Demonstrable track record of billing £200k+ annually
  • Proven ability to win new law firm clients and build lasting relationships
  • Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find legal professionals through creative and proactive methods
  • Strong network within London's legal market
  • Experience working with US and / or UK law firms (highly desirable)
