A leading professional services firm located in Maidstone is seeking an experienced HR / People Advisor. The successful candidate will guide day-to-day HR matters and collaborate with senior partners to establish best practices. Required qualifications include at least 4 years of HR experience and a CIPD Level 3 certification, with preference for candidates from the legal sector. Leading professional services firm with an outstanding reputation in the South East are looking to recruit an HR Advisor to join a close knit team of 4. You will advise on day to day Human Resources related matters and work closely with the Partners in the firm to ensure best practice.
You will have at least 4 years current (or very recent) HR experience and will have strong generalist skills including solid experience of advising on ER matters.
It is essential that you are at least CIPD Level 3 qualified and you must have experience of working in a professional services and regulated environment. Experience of working in a law firm or in the legal sector would be a distinct advantage.
