What You'll Be Doing:
  • Develop a warm desk of high‑value existing clients
  • Manage and expand our portfolio of commercial clients
  • Lead business development activities to win new accounts
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates
  • Craft compelling job adverts and run multi‑channel sourcing campaigns
  • Interview and place top talent into key commercial roles
  • Negotiate terms, rates, and offers with confidence
  • Ensure full compliance with recruitment and employment standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues and mentor junior consultants on their growth plans
  • Drive personal and team targets – and celebrate the wins!
