CER Education Recruitment (part of Affinity Workforce Solutions) are a leading Education Recruitment provider specialising in temporary staffing for Primary, Secondary and Special Educational Needs schools. We are looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to our high-performing team in Newcastle. If you are an ambitious, commercially-minded, customer-focussed and driven individual looking to establish yourself in the Recruitment Industry and achieve a successful career for yourself - then look no further!
- Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)
- Monday to Friday 07:30 - 17:00 (Term Time)
- Monday to Friday 08:00 - 14:00 (School Holidays)
- Uncapped commission structure
- Your birthday off! (In addition to your annual leave entitlement).

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for education-based roles.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Proactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutions.
- Identify and attract high-quality candidates for education positions through various sourcing methods.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions.
- Demonstrate a high level of motivation and take ownership of your desk, treating it as your own mini business.
- Showcase your drive to succeed and build a thriving career within the education recruitment sector.
- Previous experience in either a Recruitment OR Sales based role.
- Ability to work to and achieve targets - we are looking for someone who is goal and results orientated.
- The desire to want to develop (or begin) their Recruitment career, and carve-out a long-lasting and successful career for themselves.
- Customer service skills and experience.
- Excellent comminication skills (both written and verbal).
- Excellent personal presentation.
- Full UK Driving License.
