A leading care organization in the UK is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide expert guidance on HR matters, including employee relations and performance management. The role involves partnering with managers to ensure compliance with HR policies and employment legislation. You will manage employee relations cases, support recruitment, and contribute to HR projects. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a CIPD qualification. The role is hybrid with necessary travel across regions including Burnley and others.
As an HR Advisor, you’ll provide expert guidance and support across all areas of HR, including employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and engagement. You’ll act as a trusted partner to managers, helping them navigate complex people issues while ensuring compliance with employment legislation, policies and ETHOS. This is a hybrid role with travel.
