A leading engineering organization is seeking an HR Advisor to support its HR function in a hybrid working environment. This role involves providing HR advice, managing employee relations, and contributing to HR operations. The ideal candidate will have generalist HR experience, familiarity with Workday, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace culture. We anticipate paying a salary between £40,000 – £52,500 DOE
Location: Hybrid working based from either our Derby, Manchester, or Warrington offices
We’re looking for a HR Advisor to join our growing team at Rolls‑Royce SMR. As a true generalist role and ambassador for the HR function within the business, this role is a first point of contact for HR queries from People Leaders and employees and will either support themselves, or signpost to the best point of contact for advice. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, this role will deliver activities and initiatives within their business areas, and act as a true team player, supporting across the wider business as required. Their main duties include delivering high quality administrative support and thorough, practical advice to managers, delivered with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
