Job summary
A dynamic HR consultancy in Greater London is seeking a Senior People Advisor for a 6-month FTC. This role combines hands-on delivery with advisory work across the employee lifecycle. You will provide first-line HR advice, manage recruitment activity, and ensure compliance. Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of HR experience and strong knowledge of UK employment law. This position offers an excellent opportunity to deepen your HR expertise in a supportive environment.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years' experience in an HR administration or advisory role.
- Strong HR generalist foundation with exposure to employee relations.
- Working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line HR advice to managers and employees.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support recruitment activity and manage relationships with benefits providers.
