A leader in their field
Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with HR information systems (HRIS).
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Adaptable and flexible to changing business needs.
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a multi-site environment.
Experience managing complex employee relations cases.
Track record of delivering HR projects and initiatives.
Experience working within a manufacturing or waste management industry (desirable).
