- As HR Advisor, you will: Provide expert advice on HR, ER and policy matters.
- Manage employee relations cases with fairness and efficiency.
- Coach and support managers on recruitment, performance and HR best practice.
- Maintain HR systems and ensure accurate records.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding and induction activities.
- Partner with managers on organisational design and succession planning.
- Deliver training, workshops and initiatives to build capability.
- Support change management and embed new ways of working.
- Contribute to HR projects and delivery of the People Plan.
- Minimum 1 year's experience as a HR Advisor (or similar role).
- Strong knowledge across the full employee lifecycle.
- Experience in a fast-paced HR function.
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
- Full-time (37.5 hours, 9-5) or part-time options available
- Flexible hybrid working (1-2 days WFH)
