Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce (advantageous but not essential).
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a 'can-do' approach.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Resilience and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • A background in HR or familiarity with Employment Law is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage advice emails and callbacks within Salesforce and Outlook.
  • Merge ongoing case work with new inquiries and keep case statuses up to date.
  • Identify and manage spam and create callback tasks for consultants.
  • Generate reports to assist management and reallocate workloads.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows.
  • Suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
