We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Candidate Resourcer to join our busy recruitment team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and is eager to develop into a full Recruitment Consultant role.

• Resourcing and engaging with candidates for site operative and engineering positions.
• Conducting candidate screening, referencing, and compliance checks.
• Speaking with clients and decision makers to understand their requirements and promote our services.
• Proactively making calls to candidates and clients to build strong relationships.
• Updating and maintaining our recruitment database with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Supporting the delivery of recruitment projects for major construction and engineering clients.

• Confident and professional telephone manner with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to speak with people at all levels - from site operatives to senior decision makers.
