A leading HR consulting firm in Swindon seeks a Senior HR Advisor to deliver high-quality HR advice to clients. This role involves managing employee relations issues, providing commercial HR guidance, and supporting training initiatives. The ideal candidate is CIPD qualified or has equivalent experience, with solid knowledge of UK employment law and excellent communication skills. The position offers a competitive salary of £35K to £40K and benefits, including 25 days holiday.
Location: Swindon, with travel to client sites in London
Reports to: Managing Director

We provide high-quality, commercial HR advice and support to a diverse range of clients, helping them navigate complex HR issues with ease. We offer a full HR service offering with a main focus on employee relations issues (disciplines, grievances, redundancies), performance management, recruitment, training, and development.
The Senior HR Advisor is the first point of contact for HR Dept clients. You will be responsible for providing high quality and commercial HR advice and support to clients and navigating through HR processes to provide solutions to people problems. You will also be responsible for undertaking client project work as required.

Please note: This role is office based in Swindon, with travel to London.
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
