Job summary
A growing community church in Southampton seeks a Youth Ministry Co-ordinator to enhance youth engagement and ministry. The role involves organizing events and fostering community ties, focusing on nurturing discipleship among young attendees. Ideal candidates should have experience in youth ministry and strong communication skills. Applications are open until November 7, 2025.

St Luke's Church, Hedge End, Southampton
We are seeking a Youth Ministry Co-ordinator to join our growing church. With 140 young people attending church each week, we are looking to take our youth ministry to the next level and help them encounter God.
The successful candidate will be responsible for helping us nurture discipleship in our small but growing number of young people within the church family.
