Qualifications

The company have unrivaled track record of consistent growth creating new build residential developments with both private and affordable housing and are now seeking an individual who is methodical and capable of driving a project through to completion successfully.

Seeking a highly experienced Technical professional who is able to lead traditional build projects varying from 6 units through to 30 units from inception through to completion.

You will be liaising with the Technical Manager, Construction Manager and Director to ensure clear communication is made throughout all projects.

Technical Responsibilities
  • Experience of managing and providing guidance and support to traditional new build schemes
  • Be able to lead and manage a team
  • Degree Qualified / HNC / ONC
  • AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Power Projects, Power Point
  • Technical and Building Construction knowledge
  • Building Regulations knowledge
  • A good understanding NHBC legislation
  • Strong on Health & Safety / CDM Regulations
  • Good understanding of Planning legislation
Personal Specification & Requirements
  • Highly motivated with strong desire to grow within the business
  • Knowledge and experience of new build projects
  • Good problem solver and work with minimal instruction
  • Smart, presentable and happy to deal directly with customers
  • Punctual, reliable and good practical skills
